Do I see it before you make it?
Yes, for every piece made from your photo. We send a digital proof within 1–2 business days and only start once you approve it.
How do I send my photo?
You can upload it on the product page to see a quick preview before you buy. Otherwise, right after checkout you land on your order page, where you upload the photo and add any notes. If you prefer, email it to support@wowformshop.com with your order number in the subject.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
It is a sculpted, stylized portrait in one white color, not a photo-exact replica. Hair, clothes, pose and proportions carry the likeness. The proof shows you exactly what you will get.
What is it made of?
A durable resin with a matte, clean white ceramic-inspired finish. Dust it with a soft dry cloth; keep it indoors and away from direct heat.
How long does it take?
Proof in 1–2 business days, then 3–5 business days to make it, plus shipping. Pieces without a photo ship in 3–5 business days.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only where we are required to collect it. Any tax is calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the US only, and shipping is free. Write to support@wowformshop.com if you are outside the US.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until you approve the proof (or, for pieces without a photo, until we start making it). Because every piece is personalized, we can't take returns once it is made — but if it arrives damaged, we remake it.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — realtor closing gifts, client gifts and events. Email support@wowformshop.com with the piece and quantity.
