Personalized pieces
Every piece is made for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges once it is made.
Before production
You can change or cancel your order for a full refund until you approve the proof (or, for pieces without a photo, until we start making it).
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives broken, email support@wowformshop.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We remake it at no cost.
Something we got wrong
If the piece doesn't match the proof you approved, or the engraving has our typo, we remake it.
