Most orders reach you 1–2 weeks after you place them.
Choose your piece
Pick the piece, size and base. Add engraving if you want a name or a date.
Send your photo
Upload it on the product page to see a quick preview first, or send it right after checkout. One clear photo is enough.
Approve the proof
Within 1–2 business days we send a digital proof. Ask for changes until it looks right. Nothing is made before you approve.
Delivered to your door
We print, finish and engrave it in our US studio, then ship it free in the US with tracking.
What photo works best
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are visible and nothing covers them. Phone photos are fine. If several people are in it, tell us who should be in the piece.

What the piece looks like
Every piece is one clean white color with a matte, ceramic-inspired finish. We sculpt a stylized portrait — the likeness comes through in hair, clothes, pose and proportions, not in painted detail. It is a keepsake, not a photo-exact replica.
Pieces without a photo
Cottages, car collections and Christmas characters are our own designs. You choose the design and the name to engrave; there is no proof step, and they ship in 3–5 business days.
